2. Products and Pricing

  • All product prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of Dutch VAT at the applicable rate.

3. Orders and Payments

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • Products must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.

5. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting returned goods, we will issue a full refund (excluding any original shipping fees) within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used in the original transaction.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • All products come with a statutory 2-year warranty under EU consumer law.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.

7. Disputes and Jurisdiction

  • Dutch law applies to all purchases and agreements.
